Recently I took part in a Casey Australia tour of Albany, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Lake Ballard, and all the places in between.  The weather was fantastic and the scenery was amazing!  I lived in Kalgoorlie, Norseman and Menzies a number of years ago, so it was nice to go back and see if anything had changed.  And yes, it had!  One of the best days was when we travelled to Lake Ballard.  The weather wasn’t looking too good and before long it was raining heavily.  When we got to Menzies we experienced the most amazing thunderstorm, complete with black clouds, brilliant lightning, and very loud thunder claps!  Awesome stuff!  Following are some photos I took on the trip.
